FICS Championships 2018

The aim of the game is to either explode or checkmate your opponent's king. You start with the standard chess positions and the standard chess rules apply. However, when you capture a piece both pieces and all surrounding pieces of the target piece, with the exception of pawns, explode and are removed from play. Don't be put off by the 3 0 time control, most atomic games do not last that long.
